We can't solve the problem

We cannot use the same way of thinking to solve problems as we created them. Einstein, Albert When it comes to coping with the challenges we face in life, each of us possesses varying degrees of resilience. Are there any strategies you need to learn to become more resilient? Find out by taking this brief Stress Quiz! 1. Do you worry constantly and cycle with negative self-talk? 2. Do you have trouble staying focused? 3. Do you get mad and react easily? 4. Do you suffer from frequent headaches or neck pain? 5. Do you clench your jaws? 6. Do you often experience feelings of depression, anxiety, or overwhelm? 7. Do you feed your stress with unhealthy habits-eating or drinking excessively, smoking, arguing, or avoiding yourself and life in other ways? The most important first step in dealing with your stress is to accept and acknowledge that it is your emotional reaction to a situation or event in your life that causes your stress, not the situation itself. We cannot often do anything about the situation, but we can work with our reaction to the situation-this is where our power is! I created the Snap Out Of It NOW! method to assist me, and now you, in developing greater resilience and creativity. In other words, to learn how to interrupt and SNAP Out of the destructive cycle of emotional reactions that are engaged when faced with a difficult life situation. Exercise in Breathing Awareness: Your key to self-resilience is your breath. The breath is your entry into your body, bringing warmth to the cold, light to the darkness, and limitless opportunities to escape your daily reality. You can perform the following exercise anywhere, in the middle of a fight or disagreement, in your car while stuck in traffic, or even at the grocery store in less than a minute. Sometimes just one single minute can be your best friend! Launch Yourself to Places You Have Never Gone Before! 1. STOP, LOOK, and LISTEN-acknowledge you are stuck in a negative think-feeling pattern-you are stuck in a destructive cycle of reactions within your own body. 2. Become aware of your BREATH by listening to your breath going in and out your nose. Breathe in to enter your body. 3. Breathe in the negative sensation that is present in your body, wherever it may be. As you exhale, you are letting go of the discord in your body. You can now approach the situation in a new and creative way! You are returning your body and mind to their natural state of harmony—appreciation, love, and joy—from disharmony (frustration, rage, and fear). You are more adaptable, resilient, and creative in this state of harmony. Isn't it wonderful to have a tool that opens up previously unimagined possibilities?

Perhaps one for the biggest hidden dangers today is Geopathic Stress. Despite the fact that it is all around us, you are unable to see, taste, smell, feel, or hear it. Geopathic stress itself comes in two primary types, natural and unnatural. It is basically the energetic fields that are emanated from various sources. Natural forms of EMF include lay lines, underwater sources, energy vortex’s and negative Feng Shui lines. These have always been around us and recognized by many cultures, in particular the chinese and the celts. The most common method for locating these energy fields has been dowsing, which has been practiced for many centuries in various forms worldwide. Numerous studies have established a connection between these natural geopathic stress fields and disease, particularly cancer. When people who had cancer had their homes checked, it was found that dowsers could pick up negative energy fields in places where they spent a lot of time, often through their beds. Research was then conducted on who had previously lived there and it was found that there was a very high incidence of previous occupants dying from cancer. It’s not just cancer but a whole range of illnesses and problems that have been linked to geopathic stress. ME, depression, insomnia, headaches, back pain, and stress are all examples. However the past hundred years we have seen a rise in the geopathic stress due to the large amounts of electrical equipment now used. It is estimated that the ambient EMF pollution has increased over 200 million times in the past century. In the city center, this level rises to more than 1 billion times. Bumble bees went insane and started fighting when they were exposed to high EMF fields in an experiment, which is frighteningly similar to our culture in many ways. I ask men ‘would they put their testicles in a microwave?’, and the answer is of course no. I then ask if they carry a cell phone in their trouser pocket, to which the answer is usually yes. What is the difference? Well essentially the time it takes them to cook. This is a little too close to the truth for comfort. Microwaves and cell phones both emit frequencies in the microwave range, hence their name. Now agreed a microwave has a lot higher radiation level but thermal image scans on the brain have showed that it too heats up when using a mobile phone. In fact 2 minutes needs one hour for the effects to fully reduce. Think about that. It means that many people are literally ‘hot headed’ the whole day! Now that I know it, I know that cell phones get a lot of bad press—maybe a little unfairly, considering how bad cordless phones are and, even worse, hairdryers. The fact of the matter is every electrical device gives off something. So consider a typical office worker. First they make their toast, in a toaster. Not bad at all if they are not too close. Then they drive to work, in a car. Due to the metals in the tires, moving engine parts, air conditioning, radios, and other components, automobiles produce high levels of EMFs. This is the all contained in a metal cage insulated from the ground allowing it to build up. It’s no wonder so many people become stressed and fatigued driving. Then they arrive at work, sit in front of a computer, emitting radiation, under fluorescent lights, emitting radiation, take a cell phone call, emitting radiation and on and on. In the end, they drive home in their car and then sit in front of their television while eating microwaved food that emits radiation. And that’s only a brief look. You can use EFT and other Energy Psychology methods to clear some of the disruptions to your system caused by EMFs. Fluorescent lighting, for example, can cause headaches. This though, in my opinion, needs to be done on a frequent basis as your system keeps becoming re-disrupted. It is also impossible to always be aware of everything that affects you. We need a more practical, long term solution. I don’t want to paint a picture of doom and gloom and get you even more depressed, however a little awareness could go a long way. The majority of people clearly cannot give up this way of life; therefore, what should be done? Protection is the key. Minimize exposure where possible, i.e. use a normal wired in phone when possible, walk don’t drive when possible etc. For the rest of life I cannot recommend BioPro highly enough. There are now many EMF neutralizers out there but none as well tested as BioPro. Shields for mobile phones do not function, and neither would the phone. However the fields can be harmonized so they no longer affect the body. On their website BioPro have thermal scan evidence of mobile phone heating the brain, then not heating the brain with the use of a BioPro harmonizing chip. There is plenty of more evidence and research on the site too for a range of products. Don't wait; act now. EMF’s are not going to fix themselves. I usually hate multilevel marketing because you feel the person selling to you has such a vested interest. However I hope as you will appreciate from my site my main focus is to educate people about what they can do for themselves. These products last for life and so may well be the best investment for yourself and loved ones in the modern age, allowing you and your family to enjoy modern technology without the dangers.

When I come home after driving my car the keys either stay in my pants pocket or I put them in a specific place. At night when I take of my shoes they are then right beside my bed so that when I wake up I know where they will be. Despite the mess on my desk, I know where everything I need is. I am constantly telling my kids and my wife not to clean or move anything on my desk. Every Time they do I can no longer find things I may need. Micah, my oldest son, takes off his shirt when he gets home from work and just lays it somewhere. He scours the house in a frantic search for his shirt the following day. My wife once pounded a nail near the door and hung her keys there, as I recall. She didn't realize she had hung them there for almost a year. To locate them, she repeatedly dismantled the house. We finally spent almost a hundred dollars to get new keys made. If you are constantly losing things then you need to put everything in a specific place and always put things in the same place. Why go through the stress of frantically trying to find something because you didn’t follow this rule? If you trip over something while walking through your home, move it to the side to prevent future trips. My wife has fallen half a dozen times over the same object. She doesn't consider moving the object. there are so many things we do that will make our lives a little easier. The ultimate objective is stress reduction. Stress is probably the cause of the majority of problems in our lives. The stress in our lives can cause us to get sick more often than we need to. It can ruin a day that should have been wonderful and lead to arguments with our loved ones. If something bothers you, rather than reacting immediately, why not take a few minutes to deepen your breathing? I would have fewer friends and a poorer relationship with my family if I reacted to everything that upended me. There are many little things that we can do that will make life a lot easier. Rather then setting these big long term goals which could take a long tiime to see results make little goals and give yourself a pat on the back every time you reach one of these mini goals. Additionally, as opposed to using a distinct username and password for each website you access, such as your online banking, email, memberships, and so on. When it comes to everything, why not use the same username and password? If you are concerned that someone else will figure out your username and password, you can always change them once a month. When starting a project finish it before starting another. Otherwise you will have all these unfinished projects in your life.

Efficiency – Fight Stress On Your Desktops To Improve Work Stress, the word brings so much in the minds of all people. Stress has become as common as the flying birds in the sky. It is very difficult to find a place where there are no birds, and similarly it is very difficult to find a person who is not stressed. The purpose of this article is to determine whether screensavers with natural backgrounds can alleviate stress. Every thing causes stress. Every situation causes stress. Every thought causes stress. That is our life. How to fight this stress? Most of us feel less stressed when we go out in the outdoors, in the glory of nature. Watching flying birds, flowing water, lovely flowers, animals moving around in the jungles, and all such situations help us get relaxed and fight stress. Can screensavers that carry these images fight stress? They can if the pictures are life like and lovely. Why does anything that appears natural induce relaxation in us? Because nature is relaxed. You will never find anything in a hurry in nature. We forget about our stress thanks to the tranquility of nature. When we view beautiful scenes full of relaxed objects, we get relaxed ourselves. We feel better when our screensavers contain images of nature—flowers, mountains, streams, birds, clouds, sunsets, waterfalls, beaches, animals, etc. It is still superior if the visuals are presented in video format rather than static images. That makes everything look more real. How should we use such screensavers? Remember that screensavers were originally intended to protect the computer screens. With the development of technology, this is no longer required. You can save a variety of calming screensavers by downloading them and playing them whenever you feel stressed. Watching it will slowly relax your frayed nerves. Some screensavers have beautiful music accompanying them. All of these can help you relax and get ready for work again. Along with the natural images, some screensavers also display text messages. Reading such messages also helps us regain our enthusiasm for the work that lies ahead. As a result, screensavers are a very good way to unwind on your computer without having to get out of your chair. In this world of extreme stress, managers should give screensavers a shot as a means of relaxation.
